- Tri-Steel Homes - complete pre-engineered steel framing packages for custom homes, sub divisions, mixed use buildings. Build a very green home faster, with much less construction waste that gives you R30 walls. We are Western Washington's Dealer for Tri-Steel including the counties of Chelan, Kittitas, Yakima and Benton.
- Polysteel Insulated Concrete Forms - build daylight basements or entire condo's with concrete walls. Polysteel is the high-end form and the only one with integrated steel furring strips that you can find AFTER the sheet rock is installed. If you use an ICF with plastic ties, you never can find a place to hang a picture from because a stud finder will work with Polysteel, but not the plastic tie forms.
- Metwood truSPAN, throughSPAN, floorSPAN structural steel box beams. These beams allow all structural beams to be flush in the floor system giving you longer spans and big holes for utilities to pass through the beam. You can use a GLULAM, but you can't put an 8 inch hole in it like you can with a Metwood beam.
